Thirty-something who got excited by theology later in life, have been a Catholic, a Presbyterian, a Baptist, and am now a Lutheran (Historic Evangelical; thus the name of the site).

I am just finishing up a book called "How the Irish Saved Civilization". Very interesting as it covers what happened to civilization from the Fall of Rome to the rise of Medievalism in Europe. About 100 years where books were being burned everywhere but in Ireland. If not for the Irish scribes civilization (which at that time WAS Christianity) would be much different.
